Plan Outline

Very few endeavors succeed without proper planning. Clearly, an endeavor as challenging as Taking America Back (TAB) will not be an exception! Meeting this challenge will demand the efficient and effective use of the limited resources available so a plan is vital.

With the concurrence and help of the author, the CNC has adopted, and accepted the challenge of orchestrating the implementation of key provisions of a plan designed to TAB. The plan was proposed by Walter Myers in his book To Tame a Tyrant. It is the only known comprehensive written plan designed to provide Americans with the strategies, tactics, organizational structure, and operational concepts needed to TAB. The writer has stated that a plan is a fluid document so while it may not be perfect and may require modification as new information comes available, it’s a great point of departure. A unique feature of the plan is that it permits individuals and organizations to work with one another on issues and actions of mutual interest without diminishing their independence to unilaterally pursue their special interests as described in CNC's PACC.

The CNC accepts that three items form the foundation for unity of spirit and action; a unity whose importance was perhaps best articulated by Mr. Medori Severi who said: "until we abandon our manifold private agendas and unite, we will merely be hapless observers standing at the bottom of a dark, deep pit, wistfully hoping to save the world, but really doing little more than breaking the fall of compatriots who are pushed in on top of us. Only by uniting in a common effort devoid of subjective paradigms will we be able to mold the human spirit upon which we may ascend to freedom....."

The three items forming the foundation for unity are:
1. a set of basic beliefs.
2. a clear and concise statement of the problem the team must solve
3. a goal which, if realized, will constitute a solution to the problem.
The OPT is the CNC’s position on these items. Anyone in agreement on these three items, or a somewhat similar statement regarding them, automatically becomes a likely candidate for the team needed to Take America Back. The question then becomes one of commitment; am I serious enough about solving the problem to network with others in seeking a solution?

What are the major objectives that lie on the path to the goal?
It is suggested these Include:
1. getting our military and civilian law enforcement personnel to support the effort to TAB for without their support, there is no peaceful way of realizing our goal.
2. Getting those now in government to recognize our Constitution, to include the Bill of Rights, as the Supreme Law of our land and to replace those who won‘t with people who will.
3. Develop a National Economic Recovery Program designed to rescue Americans from the un-payable debts that are the result of a mathematically unsound and unconstitutional monetary policy. The Money Talk$ website goes into great detail on this subject.

How can we Take America Back (TAB)?
The TAB teams effectiveness will be multiplied by reaching out to America’s youth, by developing circles of influence from among our churches, business associates, schools, political organizations, union affiliations, and friends.
The team will be:
A. a resource base to help inform Americans of their plight and to provide them a plan through which they can carry out meaningful offensive action.
B. a catalyst to help unify people and guide them into meaningful action.
C. an aid in identifying organizations unwilling to "walk their talk" and which, in the interest of liberty, will have to be inspired to join the effort to TAB or be abandoned.
D. an information clearing house.
E. a synchronizer to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of those implementing a plan.
F. a "communications central" to insure reliable, timely, and cost effective networking at all levels of government.

The TAB team has but six boxes through which to solve its problems. These are discussed at ___________ . The effective use of five of the six boxes is contingent upon our success in creating local and county level TAB teams for they are the most important elements of the plan. We pray you will "enlist" in the "army" by joining an existing team or by creating one and Registering with our official database. If victory is to be ours, it is these local and county teams that will be the victors.
