The Avengers of Crimes
Americans have but six boxes available to Take America Back (TAB). Of them, the "soapbox" and mailbox are passive and can only be used for education. Of the four active boxes, the bullet box will only be of value if and when most of America’s law enforcement personnel (military and civilian) decide to honor their oath of office. The three remaining active boxes employ our most valuable possession; Our Vote.
Our Grand and Trial jury boxes offer a "slam dunk" opportunity when those responsible for the destruction of America’s lawful government are brought before a trial jury. Here’s why. On 11-22-1994, thirty Republican governors unanimously agreed that "Federal action has exceeded the clear bounds of its jurisdiction under the Constitution and thus violated rights guaranteed to the people." This is an extremely important, revealing, and potentially damaging allegation to those responsible for the "Federal action" for the facts to support it are clear and plentiful.
When the evidence is presented to a grand jury, an indictment should quickly follow. When presented to a trial jury, there’s little doubt but what a guilty verdict would be rendered as those responsible for the "Federal action" are clearly guilty of sedition, subversion, depriving Americans of their rights under the color of law, rebellion or insurrection, seditious conspiracy, Conspiracy against Rights, and/or Treason.
Those responsible for the criminal acts alluded to by the Republican governors include a majority of those in the Congress over the years, those on the U. S. Supreme Court, those holding the office of the Presidency when the action was taken, and those in our state governments who, through acts of commission and omission, are responsible for the adoption and/or perpetuation of the unconstitutional Federal action.
The challenge facing Constitutionalists is to build a team having the clout to get the facts presented to grand juries; a challenge that could quickly be met if concerned individuals and the leaders of organizations professing to be pro-American would heed Medori Severi's advice saying: "until we abandon our manifold private agendas and unite, we will merely be hapless observers standing at the bottom of a dark, deep pit, wistfully hoping to save the world, but really doing little more than breaking the fall of compatriots who are pushed in on top of us. Only by uniting in a common effort devoid of subjective paradigms will we be able to mold the human spirit upon which we may ascend to freedom. That is the real and true meaning of the term, ‘united States'; in the modern sense, the people of America united to defeat Fascism, the ancient and eternal enemy of all humankind."
