A NOTE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of the
CONSTITUTIONALIST’S NETWORKING CENTER (CNC)
Dear fellow American:
Government blunders over the past few years, coupled with our enhanced ability to communicate thanks to the internet, fax machines, and cell phones have given us a window of opportunity to restore freedom to Americans and extend it worldwide. Clearly, the discontent with our “rulers” rightfully runs deep and is widespread. Our challenge is to capitalize on this opportunity. To do so it’s urgent and essential we plan our work and work our plan to Take America Back (TAB). We must firmly decide how we can best derail the global prison project and “go for it” for our effort is not a game and has no room for spectators! We must have a plan to optimize our ability to TAB through alliances and a nationwide team yet to be formed for as the late Evan Mecham, a former Governor and Chairman of the CNC often remarked; America’s enemies are winning for lack of an organized resistance!
Will meeting our challenge be easy? Of course not! The quislings in power won’t wave a white flag when we yell foul. They are well entrenched and supported by unlimited resources, corrupt judicial and law enforcement systems, and a controlled media. But we have truth and integrity on our side; they don’t. With these two items and if it be God’s will, we can create an undeniable political force; an “army” if you please that can Take America Back to its lawfully constituted government and traditional values.
It’s essential our “army” focus on assuring the viability of the jury (grand and petit) and ballot boxes as they are the only boxes through which we can peacefully gain control of government! Presently, we can’t rely on these boxes. Unfortunately, there are no prosecutors willing to responsibly adjudicate the products of the grand juries authorized by Art. V of the Bill of Rights and computerized voting has been proven unreliable. Grand juries were intended to be a fourth branch of government through which “we the people” could hold elected officials accountable.
The creation of our “army” rests with concerned and informed Americans looking truth squarely in the eye and acting accordingly. It rests with strict compliance with the Bible wherein we are told “Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people” (Pr. 14:34) and that “to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.” (James 4:17) It rests with us accepting and following Medori Severi’s advice saying: "until we abandon our manifold private agendas and unite, we will merely be hapless observers standing at the bottom of a dark, deep pit, wistfully hoping to save the world, but really doing little more than breaking the fall of compatriots who are pushed in on top of us. Only by uniting in a common effort devoid of subjective paradigms will we be able to mold the human spirit upon which we may ascend to freedom....."
Our success also rests with our constantly adhering to Mr. Gillaume Pitt's advice saying "every meeting, every conference, and every conversation is a failure that does not produce an army. The first requisite of an army is to subscribe to service......" We can no longer afford to be a nation of sheep being led to slaughter. We must clearly identify friend and foe and turn away from those individuals and organizations who will not, or cannot, become a part of the Take America Back team.
In the book To Tame a Tyrant you will find three key items forming the basis for “Teaming up.” These are the core beliefs stating some basic truths (www.thecnc.org/Documents/Core.htm), why we know we have a problem, a clear and concise definition of that problem and our goal. You will find America’s problem was adequately defined by 30 Republican governors on 11/22/94 in their Williamsburg Resolve wherein they unanimously agreed “Federal action has exceeded the clear bounds of the Constitution and thus violated rights guaranteed to the people.” The governors also identified a worthy goal in pledging to “restore to the States and the people the prerogatives and freedoms guaranteed them by the Constitution.”
A communications system has been prepared to help in building our “army.” By registering with it, you can volunteer to be on a local TAB team and locate other concerned Americans within your geographical area. You can join the ’army’ and locate and communicate with other registrants in your county and state at www.tyranttamer.com/signup.php.
Every individual and organized group (veterans, religious, patriotic, political, labor, agricultural, etc.) concerned over government’s acts of omission and commission that are responsible for our problem and who are willing to help those under oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic” are urged to form a local TAB team and begin independently performing the mission ascribed such teams in the document at www.thecnc.org/Documents/1776.htm. When about 5,000 such teams exist, a National Implementation Team for the plan will be created.

TAKE AMERICA BACK!
